G & A Group Limited was founded by Navjot Singh, drawing on over 15 years of combined experience in construction and financial management — a rare combination that means every project is delivered to a high building standard with complete financial transparency.

A Licensed Building Practitioner (Carpentry) with a Waterproofing Licence and Site 1 Certificate, Navjot personally oversees every project from design through to Code of Compliance. G & A Group has completed 150 residential properties across Auckland, specialising in multi-lot developments.

We hold deep expertise in NZ Building Code, NZS 3604, and E2/E3 waterproofing standards — and maintain strong working relationships with engineers, councils, and suppliers throughout Auckland.
